1. Engagement

Client engages Broker to assist in identifying and arranging suitable business financing options. Broker agrees to use reasonable commercial efforts to help Client explore and obtain financing from reputable third-party funding sources.


2. Scope of Services

Broker will assist Client with business financing products that may include:

●     Working capital loans

●     Merchant cash advances

●     Revenue-based financing

●     Business lines of credit

●     Other commercial financing solutions offered by approved funding partners
