As a dedicated private money broker, I specialize in connecting real estate investors with the financing they need to succeed. My clients range from seasoned developers to new investors, all seeking capital for a variety of projects, including fix-and-flips, buy-and-holds, and new developments.
My unique background, which includes over two decades as a truck driver, has instilled in me a tireless work ethic and a deep understanding of seeing a project through to completion. I bring that same dedication and commitment to every client I serve. My philosophy is built on a foundation of transparency, trust, and respect, and my ultimate goal is to provide you with the capital and support you need to turn your investment vision into reality.
General Manager:
S. T. Milroy is an entrepreneur and philanthropist with over forty years experience in business and marketing. His background includes senior executive management positions with charitable funding and fiduciary management firms with offices in Metro New York, Atlanta, and Orlando. He was instrumental in building a local charitable funding enterprise from a small regional group to a national funding network operating in all fifty States and Canada. He also served as president and CEO of a national fiduciary management company, and as Vice-President of a consumer credit repair company, and as CEO of a local commercial mortgage holding company.
He has been a corporate training consultant, marketing consultant, and motivational speaker for business and marketing professionals across North America and Europe. He is also a pastor, international missions overseer, photographer, baseball fan, and a former firefighter and rescue squad member. In keeping with his strong belief in Christian charity, he serves as general manager of the company without taking a salary.
Lead Associate and Real Estate Development Coordinator:
Gersom Piñero is an entrepreneur, philanthropist, and real estate investor with over thirty years experience in business and residential real estate maintenance, management, and construction. His background includes architecture, construction design, residential renovation, and executive management. He also serves as deacon for a large central Florida Christian congregation and volunteers his time for Christian outreach and counseling ministries and he loves to travel.
Executive Marketing Director
Athena Alexander has over twenty years experience in sales and digital marketing, a bachelor's degree in marketing from the University of Cincinnati, and is a New York University certified digital marketer. Her background includes AI-enhanced marketing, digital marketing, social media management, email marketing, SEO, CRM management, brand visibility, graphic design, web design and corporate executive sales and training management. In her spare time she enjoys attending classic car shows and playing board games with friends.
